I forgot to mention that I've officially left the Red Menace and switched over to Koodo. So far, no problems. Their CSRs are polite and helpful and I have not received any unwanted SMS ads or solicitations to my email. My bill arrives in a few weeks, I'll report back about my experience.
But I wanted to include some funny videos I found of companies that are not so nice.

BELL SYMPATICO - has your internet slowed down a lot recently? This is something I just learned about and it's not exactly a customer service rant, but 'throttling' by Bell Sympatico is definitely a failure to deliver on what Bell promises its customers. Watch the video and learn.
